RETURN POLICY AND TERMS
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase we will refund your funds in the same manner they were paid, or exchange at your request. ALL return request MUST be placed in writing through frueiionline@gmail.com first to be validated and responded to BEFORE YOU SHIP. So that your request can be viewed, recorded and promptly addressed. You will receive an authorization to return number and code.
You must return the unused portion of your product within 3 working days of the date you receive it via UPS or FED EX so that it can be time stamped for arrival to our Office, You are responsible for the shipping cost on your returns or exchanges only.
